Call me crazy but I just spent 5 hours in the kitchen baking 200 pineapple tartlets, 2 giant loaves of bread and a pound cake. Just another day in the life of a mom who bakes her kids’ weekly requests. Having said that, I have a couple of very reliable kitchen helpers.
My daughters made almost all of the pineapple tartlets. No, we’re not making them for sale, only for own consumption. Within an hour of the first batch coming out of the oven, half the pineapple tarts were stashed in our tummies. Mmm yums!
