Is anyone watching the Olympics? I am but only on and off. But I’m starting to think that watching those athletes who are all lean and mean can somewhat be bad for our waistlines. I have a freezer stashed with cookie dough and chocolate brownies and we always have a plateful of it on the coffee table when we’re watching the games.
During the Olympic downtimes, one of my kids is always checking out news about the athletes and coaches gifts from resportsinc.com which means more sitting down. The games are really fun to watch but we definitely have to balance them out with some exercise. Maybe even something as simple as a walk in the park to burn some calories.
