Making his own music

When I eat at a restaurant, I prefer to have calming music. Loud music tends to rush you along and make you want to just gobble down your food without actually tasting it… maybe in an effort to get out of the place fast.
A restauranteur friend of mine who also happens to be a budding musician takes it upon himself to write his own music for his restaurant. What a novel idea! He is known to use musiciansfriend coupons to procure musical instruments for his basement studio where he spends his free time writing soothing music for his diners.
So far, he has cut one CD which has received rave reviews from his regular diners and he promises to do more.
