Is it me or are more specialty dessert restaurants springing up around us? Since I don’t generally eat dessert, I would probably not have noticed if I hadn’t walked past so many in the mall this weekend.

Almost every other restaurant is a dessert place offering a wide selection of sweet soups and jellies. Traditional desserts are dressed up with jellies and sagos resembling Quartz Beads for a newer, trendier look and crowds are teeming to get a taste of the sweets.
