A fridgeful of homecooked meals

The day before I leave CA is the day I cook all of my son’s favorite foods and store them in containers in the Samsung fridge. This means he can then savor Mom’s cooking after I leave :lol: . He is not just a very new cook, he is sometimes too busy to cook.

This time, I cooked (clockwise) stir-fried broccoli and carrots topped with salmon flakes, fried rice, sweet and sour shrimp, loaded omelette, tomyam chicken and shrimp, and chicken curry.

It took me 2.5 hours to cook these 6 dishes including the prep and washing up. This lasted him a week and all he needed to do was whip up some steamed or stir-fried veggies to complete each meal.

By the way, I will be posting the recipes for each of these 6 dishes so you can see for yourself how easy they are to prepare.
