I played the curry puff delivery lady today delivering 4 dozen curry puffs to my son’s school for their project sale.
The filling of lightly curried chicken, potatoes and a piece of hard-boiled egg makes it a very popular snack with kids. They’re quite tasty and not very spicy. We occasionally buy a dozen or so for tea time on the weekend or when we have guests. Since we don’t eat this too often, I wouldn’t worry too much about belly fat.
