eating without obsessing
We just got back from a quick bite to eat. That’s pretty much our Sunday morning ritual – take a leisurely stroll through the mall looking for brunch and then buying a whole lot of snacks to munch at mid-afternoon.

Our latest craze is curry puffs and we just had to stop for some greasy curry puffs, so unhealthy that we’ll probably need to make up with hours of workouts with Kettlebells later
. But who cares?
To be honest, I’m crazy about working out but I exercise for good health, not so I’ll feel less guilty about pigging out. I love good food, good dining experiences, yes but I’m not obsessed with chasing down every food recommendation that comes my way.
Besides if you eat healthily most of the time and don’t make it a habit to overeat, there’s nothing wrong with indulging once in a while. Eat what you like, eat what you want, have a great time, there’s no need to feel guilty!
No need to feel like you have to explain to people that right after gorging down one big meal after another over the weekend, you’re going to run one extra lap round your swimming pool or have an organic egg for breakfast next morning
.
Eating is all about moderation, not guilt, not obsession, or at least that’s how I look at it.
