japanese green tea

I finally bought a new box of Japanese green teabags last week. Strange that I couldn’t see what brand it was until I looked under the box and it said OSK Sencha in very tiny print.

I simply pop a teabag into a big cup and throw on the lid. In a few minutes, I get to enjoy a piping hot comfort drink. It has a robust taste and fragrance and I don’t have to mess with tea leaves.

Well, actually one teabag can make me two cups of tea because I prefer a lighter tea, not too strong. So 50 teabags can last me quite a long time as I drink a different tea each day.

The older folks believe you shouldn’t drink this every day because green tea is very cooling and is not good for those who suffer from joint pains, etc.
